Welcome to Well of Radiance Holistic Wellness Center. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products or services, enrolling in a program, or participating in any event offered by Well of Radiance, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

About Well of Radiance

Well of Radiance Holistic Wellness Center provides holistic wellness services designed to support relaxation, stress management, personal growth, feminine wellness education, massage therapy, and energy-based wellness practices.

Our services are intended to complement—not replace—appropriate medical, mental health, or other licensed professional care.

 

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Appointments are confirmed only after booking is completed and any required deposit has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information so appointment reminders and important updates may be delivered.

 

Cancellation Policy

We value your appointment time and reserve it exclusively for you.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice ("No Show") may result in:

• Loss of any deposit paid

• Full appointment charge

• Requirement for prepayment before future appointments

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may receive an abbreviated session to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.

Appointments ending early because of late arrival will still be charged at the full appointment rate.

 

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Cash

• Approved electronic payment methods

• Gift Certificates (where applicable)

Returned payments or chargebacks may be subject to additional fees.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wellness services, all completed services are non-refundable.

Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when notice requirements are met.

Digital products, online programs, downloadable materials, memberships, coaching sessions, workshops, and classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Must be presented at redemption.

• Are non-refundable.

• May not be replaced if lost or stolen unless otherwise required by law.

 

Massage Therapy Services

Massage therapy is provided by a Licensed Massage Therapist for relaxation and general wellness purposes.

Massage therapy is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

Clients agree to disclose:

• Current medical conditions

• Recent surgeries

• Pregnancy

• Injuries

• Medications

• Allergies

• Any changes to their health history

Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Well of Radiance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if massage is deemed unsafe.

 

Feminine Wellness Services

Feminine wellness services—including yoni steaming, womb wellness sessions, womb massage, detox services, and educational offerings—are intended to support relaxation, self-care, and holistic wellness.

These services are not medical treatments.

Clients understand that individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Certain services may not be appropriate for individuals who are:

• Pregnant

• Experiencing active infections

• Experiencing unexplained vaginal bleeding

• Immediately post-surgery

• Experiencing other contraindications discussed during consultation

Clients are responsible for providing complete health information before services begin.

 

Energy Healing & Spiritual Wellness Services

Services including Reiki, sound healing, meditation, energy balancing, coaching, and spiritual wellness sessions are complementary wellness practices.

These services:

• Do not diagnose disease.

• Are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

• Do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual outcomes.

Each client's experience is unique.

 

Coaching Programs

Coaching is designed to provide education, accountability, personal development, and holistic support.

Clients understand that:

• Results depend upon their own participation and commitment.

• Coaching is not therapy.

• Coaching is not medical or psychological treatment.

• No guarantees of specific results are made.

Clients remain solely responsible for decisions and actions resulting from coaching sessions.

 

Memberships & Programs

Memberships, packages, and coaching programs may include minimum commitment periods as outlined at enrollment.

Unused sessions expire according to the terms of the purchased package unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.

Automatic payment plans continue until canceled according to the membership agreement.

Information shared through:

• Workshops

• Classes

• Online courses

• Printed materials

• Videos

• Emails

• Blog posts

• Social media

• Aggressive behavior

• Failure to follow staff instructions

In these situations, refunds will not be issued.

Client information is maintained confidentially except:
