Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect both your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every client, the following policies apply.

Appointment Changes

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Changes made with adequate notice may have deposits transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Cancellation fee

• Full appointment charge for reserved time

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full appointment fees still apply.

Refund Policy

Because services are reserved exclusively for each client:

• Completed services are non-refundable.

• Memberships, coaching programs, workshops, online courses, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Packages & Memberships

Package sessions and memberships are subject to any expiration dates or terms provided at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Business Closures

If Well of Radiance must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any prepaid amount for the canceled service.
