Your 9/9 Practice
Take a few quiet moments today and write:
9 things I am ready to release.
9 things I am ready to reclaim.
9 “I AM” declarations for the woman I am becoming.
Then place your hand over your heart, take a deep breath, and remind yourself:
I do not have to become her overnight. I simply have to keep choosing her.
Release who you were. Reclaim who you are. Embody who you're becoming.
